Many things are not black-and-white, nor do they fit into perfectly sized boxes. It can be difficult to pinpoint what we're feeling or how we got to where we are in life. Are you struggling with becoming your authentic self? Do you want to cultivate and maintain healthy relationships? Are you feeling isolated or alone as you bear the weight of systemic oppression? Maybe things aren't "that bad," but you want to talk to someone? I know what it means to live in the gray areas of life, and I'm here for you.

My integrative therapy approach uses evidence-based practices to assist your self-discovery. Leading with compassion and empathy, I provide a safe space for you to process your concerns, develop insight, identify and understand your values, and develop, restore, and sustain a strong, stable, and cohesive sense of self by fostering empathy, understanding, and addressing healthy relational needs.

I specialize in adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem and body image, life transitions, women’s issues (finding balance while managing home, family, and career), career counseling/professional life concerns, stress related to graduate and college experiences, Christian and faith-based trauma, grief, marginalized identity concerns (race, ethnicity, sexuality, gender, etc.), and those who need support as they cope with daily life stressors

The path to healing is messy, but together we can make strides towards a better quality of life.
