I am a Licensed Graduate Marriage and Family Therapist (LGMFT) with a Graduate Certificate in Play Therapy. At the heart of my work is the belief that every person has the capacity to realize their desired state of well-being - even during life's most difficult seasons. My role is to help you recognize all of your individual strengths and gifts. Together, we'll build on that to help you uncover new possibilities and cultivate a deeper connection with your authentic self and all those you love. This will be the basis for creating lasting and meaningful change.

With more than a decade of combined experience in education, behavioral health, and therapy, I strive to create a collaborative and compassionate space where everyone feels seen, valued, and supported. I welcome individuals, couples, and families of all backgrounds, cultures, identities, and relationship structures, and I am committed to providing practical, evidence-based care that honors each person's unique experiences and values.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active, experiencing the arts, and connecting with nature. These practices keep me grounded and are an important part of how I care for my own well-being.
