We are a compassionate mental health practice dedicated to supporting the well-being of our clients. Radiant Therapy offers full-time and part-time opportunities as an independent contractor. We are currently looking to expand our team with motivated individuals in the following roles.

1. Administrative Staff

  • Provide support in scheduling, client communication, and office management

  • Strong organizational and communication skills required

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or mental health setting is a plus

2. Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT)

  • Provide clinical, therapeutic services to individual clients and families that include: individual, family, group therapy, crisis intervention, advocacy, diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and discharge planning

  • Maintain timely and satisfactory documentation of all treatment and progress which adheres to standards and regulations of COMAR, Radiant Therapy, LLC, and their respective licensing board.

  • Maintain ethical standards per their licensure and provide professional services with the mission and values of Radiant Therapy, LLC

  • Follows and implements Radiant Therapy, LLC’s Policy & Procedure and safety rules

  • All other duties assigned

License/Certification:

  • Licensed in Maryland as a: LCPC, LGPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, or MFT  license, with competitive compensation based on experience and licensing

  • Experience and training in a wide variety of treatment techniques and modalities
